DARI RUNTUHAN KOTA MELAKA, KITA PERKASA PUTRAJAYA

I would like to cite a work by Mantel(1990) mentioning on the theory "everything that is going to be purified must first be corrupted." This is a principle of science and art. What Mantel really meant is that everything that is to be made together must first be taken apart, everything that is to be made whole must first be broken into its constituent parts, its heat, its coldness, its dryness, its moisture and so forth.

Now, what does this theory has anything to do with "Dari runtuhan Kota Melaka, kita perkasa Putrajaya?" If we trace back the history of Portuguese invasion in 446 years ago, we will find the total destruction of Kota Melaka which was being replaced by A Farmosa, as the one of the great destruction of our independency. For ages, we had been ruled by Portugues, Dutch, British, Japan and British again. Our wealth of mineral resources, plantations, and others had been robbed from our own land in daylights.

Then our great fathers of independence united and made a firm stand on the establishment of Malaya and later the Federal of Malaya/Malaysia. The ground works of preparing this nation to be a formidable country was initiated, fought hardly and maintained by YM Tunku Abdul Rahman, Tun Abdul Razak and Tun Hussein On. And the destiny was at his prime best by the achievement of our beloved Tun Mahathir. His great vision put Malaysia on top of many asean countries. His visionary leadership is clearly potrayed with the establishment of Putrajaya as the pilot cockpit of this great nation.Putrajaya is a legacy of our nation. It plays a significant role same as what the great Kota Melaka was erected for.

Pak Lah's job was to strengthen the pillars of Putrajaya through his ethical and morality mechanism of Islam Hadhari. However, due to the world unfavorable atmosphere, he was put into tough tasks at various angles. Now the challenges is inherited by our beloved YAB Dato Seri Najib. As what his late father had experienced, YAB PM seems to encounter all the confrontation very well. His four points of 1Malaysia, Government Transformation Programme, New Economic Policy and 10th Malaysian Plan have been applauded by the majority.
