Students complete this assignment by merging their interactive assignment 1 (Credibility) and interactive assignment 2 (Diagram), provided that both assignments talk about the same subject. If not, students need to amend either one so that they have the same subject to complete the group assignment. If students want to write new subject, they can do so. In addition, students need to elaborate further the issues/challenges faced. Teluk Mengkabong: Challenges and Future Directions of Human Resource Development among Samah-Bajau Ethnic

  Executive Summary This study focuses on human resource development issue among the Samah-Bajau Ethnic living at the water village in the bay of Mengkabong, or as it is popularly known as Teluk Mengkabong, Tuaran, Sabah. Mengkabong name was once in the old map of Sabah which indicated an historical value of Mengkabong itself. Therefore, the study concerning Teluk Mengkabong should be able to trace back its importance. In the old days, the size of Mengkabong Village was much larger than it is today. As time passes, 14 small villages* were born. In addition five more village** are scattered around the bay. The village of Mengkabong*** has shrunk in size. Each of the village is led by its own Head of Village or Community Leader. Last times, the major source of income came from fulltime fisherman’s activity.
