Students complete this assignment by merging their interactive assignment 1 (Credibility) and interactive assignment 2 (Diagram), provided that both assignments talk about the same subject.   Executive Summary This study focuses on human resource development issue among the Samah-Bajau Ethnic living at the water village in the bay of Mengkabong, or as it is popularly known as Teluk Mengkabong, Tuaran, Sabah. Mengkabong name was once in the old map of Sabah which indicated an historical value of Mengkabong itself. Therefore, the study concerning Teluk Mengkabong should be able to trace back its importance. In the old days, the size of Mengkabong Village was much larger than it is today.
